When you visit the website
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Like every web server, it automatically records technical information when a page is loaded: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. Hostinger uses this to run the server and protect it from misuse. We do not use it to identify visitors. [How long Hostinger keeps these logs: please check in the Hostinger account.]
Two of the fonts on this website (Archivo and Newsreader) are loaded from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
When you contact us or send an order request
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the topic, your message and, for order requests, the products and quantities you chose. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
We use this only to reply to you and, for orders, to confirm availability and arrange pickup or delivery. The form sends your message to our email inbox at [email provider]. We do not sell your information, add you to a mailing list or share it with anyone, unless the law requires us to.
We keep messages as long as we need them to answer you and handle your order. Information that belongs to a sale may be kept longer where Canadian tax rules require it.
Cookies and storage in your browser
The public website does not set cookies. If you use “Add to calendar” for a market, the calendar file is created in your own browser and nothing is sent to us.
The private editor area of the website, which only Viktoria and Stefan use, sets one cookie that is needed to keep them signed in.
Links to other websites
Our website links to Instagram and to Google Maps (for market directions). When you follow these links, the privacy policies of those services apply.
Where your information is stored
